New Tech Solutions is a small minority owned business. We focus on providing state of the art business solutions, hardware, software and services to our clients at a very competitive price. We emphasize on bringing in the best solutions to our clients – based on the industry best practice and products. We also produce our own line of servers and provide full lifecycle support to all the products, software and service solutions we sell. NTS was found in 1997 and is a debt-free, Minority owned small business located in Fremont CA. NTS earned ISO 9001:2008, and a Maturity Level 3 rating during its recent CMMI appraisal indicating dedication to continuous improvement and superior performance in all aspects of our business.
NTS’s engineering experts have hands-on experience with industry leading manufacturers and state-of-the-art technologies. Our professional technical staff includes systems engineers, network engineers, integration engineers, software engineers, and support technicians with Industry certifications. Our corporate quality control plan is ISO 9001:2008. Our ISO-based quality management, risk management, and software program tracking, represent a rock solid methodology that effectively supports an organization seeking to develop applications or migrate legacy systems to web based applications while preserving functionality and access to data.
NTS primarily focuses on public sector, serving DoD, intelligence, and civilian agencies and provides information technology (IT) products, Solutions and Services to Education, Federal and State and local governments. In 2010, NTS received an award as a Top 25 Defense Contractor in Silicon Valley, successfully competing against all large and small businesses. NTS was ranked as the second-largest minority-owned business in the Silicon Valley and the largest among federal systems integrators in 2012.

Our Culture
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Key Responsibility:
- Act as the lead for the translation of business objectives and requirements into functional solutions
- Lead, mentor, and work closely with teams in order to deliver high-quality products and services.
- You bring consultative sales experience, especially around the adoption of cloud services in the infrastructure space.
- Perform both business development and Sales duties to develop, communicate, implement and proposal strategy that provides customers with a clear and differentiated position for selecting NTS cloud solutions.
- Provide critical leadership from early opportunity identification and qualification through the post-proposal phase.
- You will help with the qualification of sales opportunities for Cloud Services.
- Conduct webinars and solution demos using web tools to prospects and customers.
- Present design to technical leads, management, and external stakeholders.
- Build robust cloud solutions to meet business & technical objectives.
- Design and develop technical solutions based on existing technologies
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Cloud solutions and the company’s services.
- Help build a pipeline opportunity in Cloud solutions areas.
- Establish deep business and technical relationships through your knowledge of the customer’s mission and their technical environment.
Prefered Qualification:
- Strong understanding and Experience working in a Cloud sales experience required (AWS, Azure of GCP Cloud & DevOps sales).
- Prior experience working in a sales leadership role with one of the leading cloud providers.
- Must have directly related sales experience with a well-developed network of customer contacts at Federal agencies.
- Must demonstrate a record of accomplishment of account development and management including successful identification, development, capture and closing of procurement opportunities (RFPs) of cloud solutions for contracts to the Federal customers.
- Proven sales leadership skills – ability to work collaboratively across sales teams and partners, proven ability to manage conflict and effectively make decisions.
- 4-8 years’ experience with direct sales in cloud & DevOps space
- 7+ years of IT/Technology sales (outside sales) within the software development and cloud computing industry.
- 2+ years hands-on experience solutioning in public cloud, private cloud, IaaS, & PaaS experience.
- Experience with Cloud solutions for Federal and/or State and Local Government Agencies.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or Math or related field from an accredited 4 year college/university

New Tech Solutions, Inc, a fast growing high-tech computer company is currently seeking a talented & versatile Customer Service / RMA Technician / Tech Support to work in our Fremont facility.
We are currently looking for RMA Technicians to work for Enterprise Server Group. This person also acts as the 1st level of technical support; providing technical customer service to both Public Sectors & commercial customers.
Job Responsibilities:
RMA Responsibilities:
- Documents RMA problems and coordinates with the customer to arrange for the necessary replacement, repair or credits; Co-ordinate with customer regarding repair, following organizational procedures regarding RMAs.
- Receive RMA products and inspect them to ensure all parts have been received.
- Troubleshoots return products to determine exact cause of the problem.
- Ensures that all transactions, problems or issues are entered in the appropriate NTS systems.
- Keep technical training up-to-date with new advances and changes made to NTS systems & IT related products.
- Attend technical training sessions as announced
- Become familiar with organizational processes, as RMA department requires communication with all departments.
- Ensure that customers are serviced quickly, efficiently.
- Screens calls from customers to ensure the calls related to RMA or Technical related matters.
- Follows-up with Customer to ensure timely arrival of sent products and to ensure that the products are working in good condition.
Technical Support Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline technical support to customers.
- Ensures that callers warranty is within the specified timeframe by researching the Company products serial number.
- Log all calls into the Technical Support Database and labels the call according NTS system procedure.
- Attends appropriate training sessions to keep updated with new software and hardware releases. Notifies the appropriate personnel with new occurrences of issues with NTS systems & IT related products.
- Promote Company products and services while continuing with technical support with customers.
- Follow all Company procedures and policies as required.
- Communicate clearly to colleagues and co-workers to ensure best customer service and workmanship.
- Complete other technical related tasks as assigned by the Technical Support Manager or Upper Management as time permits (system assembly, New Products Testing)
Inventory Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all information related to inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
- Receive goods into inventory and follow necessary administrative processes to ensure that Accounting Database and Inventory Database System information is accurate.
- Ensures that inventory reports are provided to the manager as required for bookkeeping purposes.
- Reviews reports and evaluates numbers to ensure its accuracy.
- Ensures that inventory area is well-organized and clean
- Assigns part numbers and descriptions for Company use.
- Contact vendors for back-orders or for RMA related issues
- Put Serial Number on required items
Prefered Qualification:
Education: Minimum college diploma within IT related field (i.e. computer networking, System assembly or Testing.)
Experience: Min 1 year- technical background with computer hardware/repairs
Knowledge/Training & Skills:

New Tech Solutions seeks a high-energy driven Junior Inside Sales Representative & Fresh graduate students seeking to start a career in government Technology sales. The Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue by responding to NTS procurement opportunities for Federal customers. Our business model is such that, there is very little cold-calling involved.
